Quadriceps Stretches Exercise for flexible thighs

Quadriceps
Stretches to
stretch the the front thighs. Check all thigh stretching exercises to build a flexible body.
Execution Steps

- Kneel on the floor and sit in between your
feet as shown. Place your hands behind the back for support.
- Now lean back going as low as possible.
- Hold this position for 10-15 seconds and
then relax.
Quadriceps Stretches on the Ball

- Place your foot on a stability ball or a
bench {which should be anchored against a wall} and take the lunge position
as shown.
- Now lean backwards slightly feeling a good
stretch in the quadriceps muscle.
- You can increase the stretch by raising
your arms overhead and try to arch your back more on each breathe out.
