My workout 4 life

hi Ive been very interested in sports and fitness for over 11 years now i started both fitness and martial arts. using them together has changed my life given me confidence and has allowed me to help others train and become confident with themselves.


i hold a 2nd degree black belt in judo and 1st degree black belt in muay thai

the real good thing about these 2 particular martial arts is they can be incorporated into fitness classes rather than having the same boring routine every time.

i keep on top of my dieting, training and fitness constantly which is why for me the workout 4 life
