I'm using a whey protein and creatine,glutamine,L_argenine,multi vitamin,
and i want a steroids cycle program please
how do hormone for me (testeterone enathnat)?
and how training for me set & reps please?

I am a drugfree, natural trainer and have no experience with steroids.
I would suggest that you try the workouts at the weight training workouts section with your supplementation program before you give up on natural methods.
