Lunges are Great to Do With Squats

Thanks for the article. My trainer loves squats as well. I think a mix of lunges and squats and jumps is more fun, and more effective.

I like doing stationary lunges and adding bicep curls with weights. I also like to walking lunges down a room and back. Before you know it, you've done a 100 lunges!

In my kung fu workouts we mixed up squats with one legged stands and different types of lunges. The lunges seem easier than squats, but still give your legs an awesome workout!
