I Love stretching and so should you. Here's How...

Its really great to stretch before a workout.
Although i am a beginner, i still would recommend it to everyone.
I have been a gymnast all my childhood. Although i have a stiffer body now and have gained some weight.... i am preparing to shed it off.
I have a gym of my own with necessary equipments.
So, before weight training.... i just go in for a warm-up with a skipping rope or just spot jumping or jogging for about 3-5 mins.... when a little bit of sweat breaks i stop and go for stretching...
Of all the other uses, it makes me feel ready... my body realizes whats coming and Laziness Quits...
So just enjoy casual stretching before, during and after the workout.
