Hamstring Stretch taught by my coach yesterday

My coach taught us an excellent hamstring stretch today.

Here is how he made us do and it gave me a real good stretch.

1. Lie down on your back and bend one of your knee.

2. Now lock your fingers behind the knee you just bent and pull the knee to the chest.

3. Its not over yet. Now gently and slowly straighten your bent knee and stretch the leg upward and outwards.

He then asked us to pull the stretched leg towards the body center { ExerciseGoals.com adds - medially he means }

Of I go to my football game zone.
