Great Hockey Weight Training Workout

Squats: 1 warmup set, 3-4 sets with weight

Lunges: 3-4 sets
Leg Curls: 3-4 sets
Leg Extenstions: 3-4 sets
Inner & Outer thigh machine: 3-4 sets each
Calf Raises: 3-4 sets

Shoulder Lateral Raises: 3-4 sets
Forward Raises: 3-4 sets

Bench Press: 1 warmup, 3-4 sets with weight

Dumbell Curls: 3-4 sets
Tricep Extension: 3-4 sets
