Delts from Hell - shoulder and deltoid workout

Done with less than 30 seconds rest between sets, I find this workout really blast the delts and helps to create the cat claw striations and separation of all 3 heads


military Press 5 sets 12, 10, 8, 8, 6 reps
Super Set with
Side Laterals 5 sets of 8 reps

Bent-over Laterals 4 sets of 8 reps
Super Set with
Cable Side Laterals 4 sets of 10 reps

Triset
Front Raises 4 sets of 8 reps
Upright Rows 4 sets of 8 reps
Shrugs 4 sets of 10 reps

total Sets 30
total Time usually, 45 minutes
