my chest was too small and week than i;ve tried my own routine ... it was worked, now i'm having good pec........ BEST EXERCISE: maximum count of push ups one set.... dumble chest press 6x3, incline dumble chest press 6x3, dips 15x3, dumble pull over 12x3, cable cross over 20x3..........
