I think that aerobic exercise has added years to my life. I used to be quite an inactive slob. Now I am running 5 miles three times a week.
One of the big reasons why I started doing regular aerobic exercise was to correct a sleeping disorder. It was a tremendous success. Now I'm getting a whole lot more out of my sleep, even though I don't sleep as long.
Recently I have lost almost 20 pounds with a combination of aerobic exercise and diet. Just diet or just exercise wouldn't work for me. I had to do both.
