This question is very important as only rhythmic and repetitive activities are sustainable for at least 20 minutes. Also since it has to burn more calories, it should involve large muscle groups like Lower Body.
 

Question Two - Does the chosen Cardio Exercise help you get in to the target training zone and maintain it for at least 20 - 30 minutes ? {20 minutes for men and 30 minutes for women}

To understand this fact we nee to recall that exercise physiology teaches us that only after 20 minutes of aerobic activity the carbohydrate reserves of the body gets depleted and fat burning begins. If the activity can be done for over 20 minutes and its your stamina that is lacking then we can work on that as you exercise. You can easily start at easier levels.


Question Three - Do you Love your Cardio Exercise?

This may be the most crucial of all as your love and comfort zone with the chosen exercise determines if you ever actually enjoy your workouts.

You are far more likely to stick with cardio routines if you like the exercise or the exercise equipment.

Do you love walking on the treadmill? May be its swimming you enjoy? Or nothing beats the high rush a stair stepper provides!
