These foods may not be the best and worst foods in terms of Carbohydrates or Proteins since I have covered them elsewhere, but these foods should/shouldn't be eaten everyday or at least 5 out of 7 days for better fitness results.

Best 3 Foods in addition to the recommended Weight Loss and Muscle Building Foods mentioned.

When your target is to be as fit as possible so that you can enjoy a good quality of mobility, health and strength all through your life, taking care of the food that you eat is as important as the daily dose of exercise and the periods of rest that are necessary for a well balanced physique.

Every nutrition and health specialist that is worth the qualification will emphasize the need for a well balanced diet daily for the best effects.

Despite making sure that your foods are well balanced, if you are a fitness enthusiast, you will not want to miss an opportunity to have tomatoes, walnuts and Yoghurt every time you get the opportunity. In fact it is best to have these for snacks or desert, or you can use your creativity to make interesting combinations between them and other foods, fruits and vegetables so that you are not bored with them.

There are also some foods you will absolutely have to avoid or at least have them in very limited quantities. These include Doughnuts, Cakes or croissants and Ice Cream, and the foods that have similar compositions to these.

Best Ones
- Tomatoes, Walnuts and Yogurt.

High in anti-oxidants, essential oils and proteins these 3 foods can be added as snacks to your diet easily.

I love eating yogurt { flavored } instead of Ice Creams;.

Simple choices like a tomato or banana instead of fries or colas can make a huge difference over time.

The positive effect of Tomatoes, Walnuts and Yoghurt on the body

Tomatoes: If you are serious about maintaining your health, you will want to eat tomatoes in every possible form; raw, boiled, steamed, in soups and in every other way possible.

This is because some of the important chemicals it contains are only released with heat and so you can get a dose of both raw and cooked to get the complete range of its contents.

The importance of tomatoes is found in its low calorific value, and in its amazing range of vitamins and minerals that are important for different functions of the body. For example, it contains an abundance of vitamin C and Folic acid that is useful for the development and maintenance of the cells of the body.

Tomatoes are also rich in vitamin E that is great for maintaining fertility, selenium that is responsible for prevention of cancers and for boosting the immune system, meanwhile the potassium and magnesium it contains are useful for proper functioning of the heart and also for prevention of muscular cramps.

Walnuts: Including a good dose of walnuts in your diet can help to prevent heart disease because walnuts contain essential antioxidants, plant sterols, omega 3 fatty acids which have a good effect in lowering the LDL cholesterol levels in the body (principal actor in the onset of heart disease).

Yoghurt: A daily dose of yoghurt can improve your health in more ways than one. There are many different kinds of yoghurt. You want to look for the full and wholesome non heat treated yoghurt that contains live lacto bacteria. Yoghurt has been known to improve the health of the intestines; it is an important source of calcium and has been known to prevent colon cancer.

Yoghurt is also known to boost the immune system and in the healing of intestinal infections. It also lowers the level of cholesterol and helps in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and it improves digestion, helping in the bioavailability of other nutrients.

Worst Ones - Doughnuts, Cakes or croissants and Ice Cream - Make sure you restrict them to one or maximum twice a week and practice moderation when you do eat them.

The negative effects of a diet rich in Doughnuts, Cakes or croissants and Ice Cream

Doughnuts, cakes, croissants and ice cream all have a high percentage of sugar in its simplest form. You may want to keep from eating these foods or from reducing the intake of these as the high sugar content has been shown to be one of the causes of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.

Eating these foods regularly can increase the risk of premature aging, causes chromium deficiency and also increases the risk of having a damaged immune system.

Moreover, these foods also have another thing in common besides their sugar content; the amount of bad fatty acids that they contain increases the risk of heart attacks in people that regularly consume them.

These 3 foods are not only high calorie { Skinny guys don't be happy as you don't want bad calories!} but their nutrient quality is very low. They are bad not only for your fitness goals but overall health as well.

Also when you eat fast foods, make sure you stay away from extra cheese unless post-workouts.

Conclusion - Use these tips in addition to the suggested articles and you should see amazing progress in your Fitness Goals.

Hope I have answered your question.
