Ways to trim your stomach & start building your 6-pack
I have done a lot of studying & bought books on some of the different exercises for the different sections of the body that I needed to work on.
To help flatten my abs more, I do 3 main abdominal exercises, on the floor: bicycle, toe-touch, & back extension.
The toe-touch & bicycle both work my lower abs to give me tighter abdominal muscles. The back extension works the lower back where the love handles are.
I have learned that using an exercise ball is the easiest & least stressful way to work your abdominal muscles.
