Killer Beginner Workout

20 body weight squats

20 clean & press (15lbs Dumbbells)
20 hip hinges (straight leg deadlifts w/15 lbs DBs)
20 bent over rows (15lbs DBs)
20 body weight walking lunges
20 chest press (15lb DBs)
1 minute plank
20 torso twists (with one 15lb DB)
Go through entire routine as quickly as you can and repeat as often as you can w/in 25 minutes.
Currently I can go through this twice w/in 25 mins
