Too early to judge weight loss results ?

hi, i just find out ur website after 4 weeks of re-working out..


my height is 165 and my initial weight was 72.
after 4 weeks of weight lifting, and cardio afterward, i only lost 3kg = around 6.6lbs. (69kg now)

and, worst yet, i dont see any changes of my body.

what did i do wrong.? and did i do ok.?

im planning on doing everyday exercise for the next 2 months.

With your results, I would be happy.

I suggest you stay consistent with your exercise goal. Add more intensity to your cardio and weight training workouts.

And yes, please be patient. If you are easy on yourself in terms of expectations, then results WILL come.

Stick to it buddy. Remind yourself the famous "Persistence" slogan.
