the workout

ok so like i am a big chick but i always thought i had a not so big butt.
So i started working out everyday and about a month or two, i saw great results that it did..good wonders! I had developed a four pack, i did 100 crunches everyday and i did squats..about 150 a day and I saw a major change in my butt. my butt became firmer, wider, and rounder.
I get compliments all the time! i also focused on my calves and did calf raises every single day..like 100..they too also gotten bigger! i love my bod now :) I am very curvy than what i was before.
