This exercise is also called Scissors Crunches coz of the movement. Steps
- Sit cross on a bench and hold it for support. Raise your legs slightly and bend your knees a little.
- From this position crunch as hard as possible while curling your upper body as well.
- Get back to start position and repeat.
Points to Remember - Exhale while you exert.
