Back work out.

*warm up with 2 sets of lat pull down (light weight sets of 30 to get the blood in the muscles).
*4 sets of chin ups alternating the grips(wide , close).
*4 sets of bar bell rows
*4 sets of t bar rows.
*3 sets of one arm rows.
*4 sets of dead lifts.

This is a real back work out.
