Quadriceps Stretches Exercise for flexible thighs


Quadriceps Stretches to stretch the the front thighs. Check all thigh stretching exercises to build a flexible body.

Execution Steps


  1. Kneel on the floor and sit in between your feet as shown. Place your hands behind the back for support.
  2. Now lean back going as low as possible.
  3. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds and then relax.

Quadriceps Stretches on the Ball


  • Place your foot on a stability ball or a bench {which should be anchored against a wall} and take the lunge position as shown.
  • Now lean backwards slightly feeling a good stretch in the quadriceps muscle.
  • You can increase the stretch by raising your arms overhead and try to arch your back more on each breathe out.
