My weight training experience by Puspendu Sardar

Hi actually i don't know how does i can express my feelings but although i just trying to express myself, it was 2004 when i was started my exercise & my experiment also, they are as follows: 1) Barbell Curl with 8" inches width, i just have done a 5sets warm up exercise(hold the bar for 2second,curl the bar with moderate speed & downing of the bar must be slow with full extent-ion of your elbow) this exercise i have done before my every arms exercise.2)Incline Dumbbell Curl with 4sets & 15reps,3)Hammer Curl with 4sets & 12reps.


I don't know that i am right or wrong but i have done all this exercise. If It may be wrong then i am very sorry for that because i don't have any physical trainer, and I just done all this with my theoretical experience.

actually your first exercise of barbell curl is a muscle stimulator... you're right with your biceps workout... but you've to change some variation for your biceps... try this, barbell biceps curl and dumbbell hammer curl super sets 12x4, incline dumbbell biceps curl 15x3, cable biceps curl 15x3, concentration curls 15x3..
