My weekly workout by manitoba

Day 1- Abs, Chest, Triceps
Day 2- Cardio (step-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, lateral jumps, tuck jumps)
Day 3- Abs, Biceps, Back
Day 4- Cardio (same as Day 2)
Day 5- Shoulders, Legs
Day 6- Rest
Day 7- Rest
Please someone comment on this, as I have just recently switched to this routine, and i am wondering if it will be effective enough. I noticed I have lost a ton of weight with my last routine and now i want to gain muscle without gaining fat. If anybody could give any advice on this that would be great!
