my tricep workout

I told you in my previous article that my triceps grew from 9in to 9.5 in just 2 workouts, but forgot to discuss about the workout that helped me to get the results. In my first workout, I did tricep pushups which was a challenge for me.I did not see much results(ofcourse no one can see results in their first workout) but I was amazed to see visible results after my second workout in which I did bent-arm barbell pullovers. Try this exercise in your next tricep workout. This exercise is a compound one that works the pecs and lats along with triceps.
