WEDNESDAY REST

THURSDAY ABS & LEGS

FRIDAY SHOULDERS & TRICEPS

SATURDAY REST

SUNDAY ABS & CARDIO (SWIMMING , RUNNING ,FOOTBALL ....)

EXERCISES DATA BARBELL + DUMBBELLS. YOU CAN DO ANY EXERCISE YOU LIKE
2 0R 3 SETS * 3 REPS * 8 OR 10


NEVER WORK

ARMS (BICEPS) & TRICEPS

CHEST & TRICEPS (BECAUSE MOST OF THE EXERCISE YOU DO FOR YOUR CHEST YOU USE YOUR TRICEPS TOGETHER SO BY WORKING CHEST AND TRICEPS TOGETHER YOU DO BAD TO YOUR BODY....



IN ADDITION CARDIO MUST NOT BE IGNORED


WORK 1.30 HOURS OR MORE EVERY DAY ....
WARM UP ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOU START..
I WARM UP WITH A SKIPPING ROPE..

I THINK AND I HOPE MY WORKOUT IS VERY EFFECTIVE...
