Medicine Ball Twist | Cool Abdominal Exercise
Lay on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Angle yourself back slightly so you're balancing on your tailbone and your knees are still bent.
With the medicine ball in hand, twist your upper body to the right and touch the medicine ball to the ground. Repeat with the left side. To make it harder, extend your legs and increase the medicine ball weight.

Med ball exercises are great - you can do woodchops & throw downs too
