huge weight gain

i used to be 130 pounds (and i'm 6 feet tall!!) before trying a few new things taught to me by my friend. he told me "its all about what you eat" and he couldn't have been more correct. i started working out and i swear i thought i never could be big. people poked fun at me my whole life, constantly called my scrawny, or just implying that i'm skinny and weak and i could never do anything someone bigger than me could do. well the joke's on them because us "scrawny" people have a huge advantage. we just need mass, but when you get it, you will have all the tone in the world. your muscles will look huge and sculpted to boot which is something that a lot of people have trouble doing.

so anyways, here's what i did to gain 30 pounds in 6 months:

before workouts i would take Octane (a brand of NO to get you pumped up before working out.) then i would do my workouts (at home! i've got a mini gym down there, but for people who don't just go to the gym) consisting of 2 workouts per body part (4-8 reps and 3 sets each)
after this i would take my protein shake 45g of protein per scoop

all the while i would be eating upwards of 2800 to 3200 calories per day (and that means GOOD calories, not McDonald's and all that crap). i would eat things like vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish, chicken breast (this is a big one along with fish), and other meats.

and thats all there is to it. just remember to stick with it, because in the end, it will be worth it.
