Farting on Deadlifts or Squats- Whoa what an accident!

Okay so one particular day I was working out (and this is more of a question than a statement, well its that too, but anyway)I was in the middle of doing some "dead legged lifts and I felt my lower back start to burn, and I'm like yay I can feel these working already because I just started, and at the moment i was by myself as i am whenever my husband goes to work, and i had the urge to fart to I did, you know i was by myself, and whoops I shit my pants, (i had to throw out all of the clothes i was wearing at the time)it got all over the white carpet, it was embarrassing enough to tell my husband he got pissed and told his friends to embarrass and humiliate me, we had to get the carpets professionally cleaned by stanley steamer, and its not like he didnt know what it was, i told him we were watching someones dog, anyway, by doing those exercises did it maybe stimulate something to make me go or what?

Use washroom before exercise

Its best to wash your bowels {and bladder} before you exercise.

Increase in intra-abdominal pressure occurs in exercises like deadlifts and squats.

Try not to eat 2 hours before exercise, except huice or shake ofcourse.
