1. Cup of basmati long grain rice boiled in a bowl with a can of tuna and a hand full of grated cheese all tossed through 3 table spoons of olive oil is perfect post workout meal.


2. Drink a glass of water then have your protein shack 30 minutes after that.

3. any time in the next hour or two before bed make a salad with spinach leaves, 50 grams of brie chopped, whole avacado sliced, and 10 - 15 cherrie tomatos with an 1 whole lemons juice squeezed over the top. makes a high vitamin easy to eat meal before bed.

Protein does not build muscle - and I don't care what all the commercials say in those men fitness mags. It is a myth. All the largest most muscular animals on the world all eat veg AND LOTS OF IT.

Just eat enough calories and high nutrient food and do weight bearing exercises. Muscles are not made of protein they are 70% water, carb and small amounts of amino acids.
