20-min workout sounds great-especially to my clients who are always on the go! I usually use circuit training for my clients with very little time on their hands. Although I would love for them to have more time to workout, they at least get a little cardio and overall "tune-up"...This is a HUGE improvement from not hitting the weights at all. I see the most use for this for single moms, busy business execs, college students, and just any one who has little time to spare.
